室內設計服務流程 / Interior Design Services process
步驟一 : 初步溝通
設計師會與客戶電話初步溝通了解想法及設計需求。
步驟二 : 預約見面
客戶於預約時間到ZTW LAB與設計師面談深度了解客戶需求﹑工程目標等內容，並講解設計及工程服務流程 。
步驟三 : 前期工作
設計師會繪畫初步平面圖﹑選取設計風格，提供工程估預算報價。
步驟四 : 設計及工程委託
確定報價及簽定設計合約後 (支付設計訂金)，預約到單位視察拍照及測量尺寸現場感受光線﹑原有房屋結構﹑樑柱﹑原電喉管﹑位置等數據，並拍照存檔。
開始制作設計計劃書，包括設計概念圖，平面佈局設計。
步驟五 : 方案設計及效果展示
設計師會提供全屋3D 效果圖﹑物料設計方案和傢俱設計方案。
步驟六 施工階段
客戶支付工程啟動訂金，包括提供確定全屋施工圖﹑全部物料五金和購買工程保險，施工流程正式展開。
Step 1: Initial consultation
Preliminary communication between designers and clients by telephone to understand ideas and design requirements.
Step 2: Hold a meeting
The meeting will be scheduled with the clients and meet up at ZTW LAB with designers to deeply understand clients’ needs, project goals, etc. Then, designers will explain the details of the design and construction service process.
Step 3: Start to work
Designers will draw a preliminary floor plan, select a design style, and provide the project budget quotation.
Step 4: Design and construction entrustment
After the confirmation of the project budget quotation, the clients have to sign the contract and pay for the deposit of the design part. Then, designers will make an appointment for the unit measurement and photo taking for record.Designers will start making design proposals, including design concept drawings and layout design.
Step 5: Design ideas with 3D renderings
For the design part, designers will provide 3D renderings, material design plan and furniture design plan of the project.
Step 6: Construction
The clients have to pay the deposit for the construction, including to provide confirmation of the construction drawing, all materials and hardware, to purchase insurance and the construction will be started.
